MORRE-TEC Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Sabine Cima-Fortune as our new Quality Assurance Manager. Ms. Cima-Fortune brings over 20 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance within the food processing and distribution industry. She has a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing comprehensive quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including local, state, FDA, and GFSI standards. Ms. Cima-Fortune is also an ISO 9001:2015 certified professional.
Ms. Cima-Fortune is a highly motivated and results-oriented leader with expertise in risk assessment, process development, and auditing. Her strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with her collaborative approach, make her a valuable addition to the MORRE-TEC team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Montclair State University and possesses key certifications including HACCP, PCQI, SQF Practitioner, and GMP.
