Meet our team:
Leonard Glass
Leonard Glass is founder and president of Morre-Tec Industries, Inc. He received a BA, cum laude, in Chemistry from Yeshiva U. in 1964, an MS in Organic Chemistry from NYU in 1966 and did postgraduate work in Business Administration at UCONN and at Rutgers University from 1966-69.
Before founding Morre-Tec in 1987, Mr. Glass held various technical and sales positions including Chief Chemist and V.P. of Sales at several major domestic chemical companies. He is a member of the American Chemical Society (ACS), Sales Association of the Chemical Industry (SACI) and active in the Synthetic Organic Chemicals Manufacturers Association (SOCMA). Len is married and lives in Teaneck, NJ. He has four children and several grandchildren.
Aaron Kopstick
Aaron joined Morre-Tec in 2014 and has become an integral member of the senior management team. He is responsible for the company’s financial management strategy and provides strategic financial leadership and support to the business. Prior to joining Morre-Tec Aaron was a Finance Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 9 years supporting their NY Metro Tax, Financial Services, and Forensics Advisory teams.
Michael Glass
For the past 15 years, Michael has directed the sales and marketing of Morre-Tec‘s inorganic bromides, minerals and specialty food ingredients, as well as its industrial adhesives. With the recent acquisition of Vitacyclix LLC, and its line of uniquely water soluble vitamins, Morre-Tec has enhanced its focus on and offerings to the Food and Beverage Industries. As V.P. of the Functional and Nutritional Ingredient (“FUNU”) Group, Michael oversees this new initiative, now expanded to include minerals, vitamins, bioflavonoids, pectins and phytosterols. Michael works out of Chicago, IL , offering Morre-Tec an additional, centralized location to service customers located all across the country. He received both a BA and JD from Yeshiva University, and was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey, New York and Illinois.
Michael ‘Mo’ Fuchs
Mo rejoined the Morre-Tec Family in September 2018 and is currently the Vice President of QA & Food Safety. Mo had previously worked for Morre-Tec from 1990-2004. He resigned to pursue opportunities in the Real Estate industry and assumed position as President of the Raleigh Management.
Paul Caskey
Paul rejoined Morre-Tec in March 2019 as our Chief Operating Officer. Paul has more than 30 years of leadership achievements in the manufacturing/contract manufacturing and distribution of Specialty Chemicals, Food, Cosmetics and Industrial Products. He brings senior executive experience with successes achieving revenue and EBITDA growth objectives in distribution and custom contract manufacturing in multi-location, 24/7 facilities. He has extensive background in new product launches, production efficiency, management systems, manufacturing equipment and processes. Highly successful in building relationships, seizing control of critical problem areas, root cause analysis, and delivering on customer commitments.
Mike Travers
Mike Travers joined Morre-Tec in a sales and market development role in 2010. Since then he has been active in the acquisition and development of key multinational customers within the Personal care, Nutritional and Coatings Industries. In his role, Mike regularly develops new product offerings as he acquires and sustains producer partner relationships in order to create value and fuel the growth of Morre-Tec‘s distributor business in those industries.
Mike has a long history of sales accomplishments within the Chemical Industry. Having begun his career as a synthetic organic chemist he is technically adept. His natural curiosity and past experience enables him to recognize critical needs and develop economical solutions within his customer base.
Mike has a BA in Chemistry from Rutgers College, cum laude and an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management, cum laude.
Rodger Jonas
Rodger Jonas joined MORRE-TEC in October 2023, as the Senior Vice President of Sales. Rodger brings valuable experience from his tenure as Chief Sales Officer at EVERGRAIN LLC, where he achieved impressive results, including securing key industry partnerships and overseeing a groundbreaking ceremony for a $100 million plant. Rodger’s educational background includes an MBA from Central Michigan University and advanced degrees in Food Science and Microbiology.
Margaret Ramirez
Margaret (Margo)Ramirez has a degree in Food Science from Montclair University and has over 10 years’ experience in customer support, market trend positioning in the cosmetic industry. Since joining Morre-Tec in 2020 she works closely with product development and R&D in delivering high quality ingredient solutions for our clients needs.

Vince Forte
Vince Forte has over 30 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, and technology transfer in Nutritional Ingredients, Medical Diagnostics and Biotechnology. He has a B.S. in Chemistry from Fordham and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College. Prior to Morre-Tec‘s acquisition of Vitacyclix, Vince was the President of this New York based manufacturer of Functional and Nutritional Ingredients for the Food and Beverage Industry. In 2016 , MORRE-TEC purchased Vitacyclix and since then Vince has worked as a Technical Consultant and eventually as Business Development Specialist. Effective May 2020, Vince now joins Morre-Tec as the Technical Development Manager.
Chad Tibbetts
Chad joined MORRE-TEC in January 2024. He previously held leadership roles at firms like Nutrition for Longevity, Cook Unity, and Aramark. With a focus on Fulfillment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Culinary Production, and Quality Assurance, he excels in implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity. Backed by an MBA in Operations Management from Fordham University and industry certifications, Mr. Tibbetts leads the team in delivering exceptional quality and service while fostering operational excellence and growth.
Sabine Cima-Fortune
Sabine Cima-Fortune joined MORRE-TEC in September 2024 as the new Director of Quality and Food Safety. With over 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety in the food processing and distribution industry, Sabine brings a wealth of knowledge in areas such as regulatory compliance, GFSI standards, and quality assurance program implementation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Montclair State University and possesses certifications in HACCP, SQF, and GMP. Sabine’s expertise includes managing food safety programs, ISO 9001:2015 Training Certificate, conducting audits, and improving product quality and supplier performance.
